Open the Timer

Tap Timer in the bottom menu to open the random interval generator.

Set your range

Enter a Min and Max interval in seconds — e.g. 10–30s for a variable interval (VI) schedule.

Choose the count

Pick how many intervals to generate in this session, or enable Infinite intervals to cycle until you stop.

Generate & Start

Tap Generate & Start. A random sequence is created and a chime marks the end of each interval.

Pause, restart, or stop

Use Pause, Restart, or Stop at any point if you need to adjust your session.

Save and reuse

Save the setup as a preset to reuse later, then review finished sessions in History.
